Reservation and Guest Policies

Advanced reservations are strongly recommended. A deposit equal to a one night stay
is required to confirm reservations. When reserving a block of rooms, a deposit of
one night for each room is required.

When it is necessary to cancel reservations, we require a 7 day notice to receive a
full refund (less a $10 bookkeeping fee). Cancellations fewer than 7 days before arrival
will be refunded only if we are able to fill the room.

Cancellation of a block of rooms requires 30 days notice for a full refund.

Check in is between 3-6 pm. If earlier or later check in is needed,
please call to make arrangements.

Check out is 11:00 am. To assure that rooms can be cleaned and available
to incoming guests, please adhere to check out time.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 am in the conservatory.
For early risers, coffee is available at 7:30.

Room rates are per night and assume double occupancy. A full continental breakfast
is included. Additional persons can be accommodated in some rooms at $25 per
additional person per night.

Spring Cove Manor may accept pets and children in some rooms.
Arrangements must be made at the time of the reservation.
Pets must have proof of a current rabies vaccination.
Dogs may not be left alone in rooms while owners are absent!
There is a refundable $30 pet cleanup deposit

While first floor bedrooms are not strictly handicap accessible,
a ramp and patio doors do allow access.

Room rates do not include Maryland State Tax (5%) and County Tax (3%).

As required by state law, Spring Cove Manor is a non-smoking inn.

The Inn is centrally air-conditioned for your comfort.
All rooms have private baths.

Special mid-week rates are available at non-holiday times.
Mid-week discounts are 15%.
